Nope. Driver of the bug is a young lady, she was in the car texting when I took the picture. I’ve never seen the car in the neighbourhood before.
You can't see it, but she’s poorly parked, temporarily I assume, in a handicap spot...

That’s my neighbour’s van. It’s much rougher up close than it looks in this picture, but it’s pretty neat nonetheless .
I can post pictures when I get back from vacation, if you need it.

Dealer-installed sticker pack, I would guess. I couldn't say if it has any other features, though.
